The Brow

The Brow is a contemporary residential development delivered by Mulalley in partnership with the Watford Community Housing, providing 38 high-quality homes across a mix of affordable rental and private sale properties.

Avis Mechanical were appointed to carry out the full mechanical installation package, including gas-fired central heating systems, heat recovery ventilation, dry risers, cold water booster sets, and rainwater systems. The project required a coordinated and efficient approach to ensure all systems were delivered to the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
