West Street

West Street is a modern mixed-tenure residential development delivered through a collaboration between Wates Residential and Orbit Homes, providing 42 affordable homes within Erith in the London Borough of Bexley.

Avis Mechanical were appointed to undertake the complete mechanical installation package across the development. Works included gas-fired central heating systems, heat recovery ventilation, dry risers, boosted cold water systems, and rainwater systems. Delivered to a high specification, the project reflects Avis Mechanical’s ability to provide reliable, efficient mechanical solutions for large-scale residential developments.
